Ryan and Mason are great to work with. They are kind, honest and knowledgeable. I honestly never thought I’d ever have this experience with a plumbing company. From working with Jennifer to schedule the initial appointment to getting reminders for when they’re on their way and patiently waiting for me to get home because I was 7 minutes late to the guys professionally working with me and explaining things in a way I can understand to wrapping up the service call. They were really gracious about slipping booties on and off when entering and leaving my house. Thank you Carlson Plumbing!!

Wish I could give double the stars as a referral! After a terrible time of multiple plumbers that gave me some outrageous quotes and unreasonable circumstances, I found this company and the comfort of a local business that's just honest and reliable that's worth every bit of business this company could ever receive. I had a gentleman by the name of Mason who is extremely knowledgeable and even cleaned up after himself. Not only did he leave my home better than he found me but his knowledge and expertise saved me 1000's! I will make this company my forever plumber 💓

Ryan from Carlson Plumbing did an outstanding job at repairing a main water line. He arrived on time, was highly professional, and extremely clean and meticulous in his work. Carlson Plumbing has also replaced a water heater and done other work for me over the years. They are my “go to” plumber and I highly recommend their services.

Great first time experience today with Carlson Plumbing. The plumber, ‘Mason’, and another gentleman that was helping him (sorry, did not get his name), arrived on time and got my kitchen sink working again. It was a challenge b/c there was no exterior access to the pipes. They were both very nice and courteous, and cleaned up the area afterwards. Also, thanks to Jennifer for her courtesy and friendly manner, and for getting someone to my house so soon!! Thank you!

The Technician (Mason) came on time and confirmed my diagnosis of the problem. The shower fixture part needed was not immediately available. I told him that I had previously received the same part from the manufacturer, but that manufacturer does not appear to exist now. He gave me the phone number of the current owner of the fixture brand. I have called them, and they are sending me the part under warranty. I will be calling Carlson Plumbing when the part arrives to install it. While Mason was here, I had him change a leaking shower head in another bathroom.

Dec 2024 - the work continues. Great service, as always. We're getting these 63-year-old pipes a-workin' ______________________ Fifth visit today (Dec 2024). Toilet line was backed up. Now we know where my dad's dentures went! Thanks, Kyle! And thanks, Ryan, for hooking us up same day. _____________________ Fourth visit today (Nov 2024). Like I previously said, old house, so things come up here and there. So far, all together, we've had two different lines drained, and three toilets installed. These folks are friendly, professional, thorough, and do great work. SO glad I found them. Today, we had Kyle. So far, he and Mason have been our guys and they're awesome. Before we scheduled for today, Brandon was also very responsive and provided an emergency option yesterday (Sunday), but we were fine to wait a day. All in all, these folks are a godsend. ‐‐---------------------------------------------------------------,) Just had them out for the third time today...old house...needs a lot of upgrading here and there. As always, Mason did an amazing job. SO glad I found these guys! _____________________________________ This is the second time we've had Carlson Plumbing come to our home, and the second time Mason has done the work. He is thorough, pleasant, honest, and does a great job. We are pleased to say Carlson Plumbing is our plumbing service of choice. Thanks, guys, for providing great service. Responded quickly to resolve our plugged drains issues. They kept work areas clean and explained what they found clearly for us to understand. Cost wise, I felt they were very reasonable. I'll surely use Ryan and Carlson Plumbing if/when their services are required.

Carlson plumbing is an excellent company. They show up on time, are very skilled, and always make sure the job gets done. This is coming from a general contractor, so I’ve delt with many other plumbers. Hire these guys.
